SmarterGamblers is a friendly community for all gambling enthusiasts. You will find experts and beginners, both young an old from all over the world. We expect your forum behavior to reflect the way in which you would expect to be treated in the “real world” by showing respect for your fellow members. Here are some basic guidelines:

1) Obscene, hateful, threatening or otherwise inappropriate content is not allowed. This include posts, avatars, profiles, and everywhere else. The Smarter Gamblers Network is a friendly community and we expect everyone to treat each other with respect. We are all adults here, but please try to keep the “colorful” language to a minimum.

2) Please use the search function. It is better to revive an old thread than to create a duplicate thread. Bumping threads to ask for new opinions or to add additional information is perfectly acceptable, but please refrain from bumping a thread just for the sake of bumping it.

3) SPAM and ADVERTISING will be deleted. Please do not post advertising on Smarter Gamblers Network websites without permission. This includes affiliate links. Affiliate links are not allowed in posts, signatures, profiles, or anywhere else.

4) Members may place a maximum of 1 link in their signature to their own blog or personal website. Signatures must not exceed 250 characters.

5) Do not create multiple login names. Send a private message to a forum admin to request a name change.

6) No nonsense. We can’t write a rule for everything, so at times the staff will have to make judgment calls.  If you use your head and play nice, you generally won’t be a problem.
