Our local casino has a chocolate wheel where you bet on which number is going to be spun with each spin of the big wheel. It’s fun, it’s silly and I’ve never won a thing with it. I just like the carnival atmosphere around it.

What do you mean chocolate wheel?  Is it actually made of chocolate or is there more to this than I am seeing?  I had this sudden image of a casino that looked like Willy Wonka’s factory.  That would combine two of my favorite things, as a matter of fact.

LOL Willy Wonka, now that was funny. I was wondering about the chocolate wheel too. That would be heaven for me since I’m a chocoholic and a nightmare for the casino. It sounds pretty fun but I’ve never seen it around here.

Hey I would much rather find a game that is fun to play, we all know that the odds are stacked against you, no matter what game you are playing, so you might as well enjoy yourself.  I have seen some big wheel games around here but never the chocolate wheel, that is new one to me.

It’s a fun gamble as long as you don’t take it seriously. Just enjoy the thrill as its mostly a game of chance depending on how the wheel is spun and depending on whenever it is fixed to stop by someone else watching. Like the roulette wheel, it’s a game depending on how it is spun, how fast and how hard it is being played.

lol, okay, that made me smile. Seriously though, what is this chocolate wheel? Is it like any other wheel, say, at a theme park for cruddy prizes, or is it seriously made of chocolate?

That would be a tasty gamble - I wouldn’t move from that spot.

Oh - sorry. That’s just the name our local casino gives the big wheel. You place your bets on what dollar value is spun.  Obviously there are plenty of slots for $5 and $10, but there is a slot for $50, $100, $500, $1,000 and $10,000.  Then they spin the wheel and where it lands, wins the dollar value on the wheel.

Ah, I’ve played those before. Highest I’ve won was fifty and I refused to keep betting afterwards. With my luck, I could probably win fifty and loose one hundred just trying to win more, you know?

I haven’t seen this yet but I would play it if I did.  Sounds like the Wheel of Fortune wheel without having to actually guess a word to spin it.  Sounds similar to what I have seen at the arcades and carnivals, though I have never seen it in a casino.

WE have something similar at our casino, but they don’t call it a chocolate wheel. It’s like a big lucky prize wheel. The odds aren’t good enough to play with.
