My preference is to blackjack and poker and even video poker but I do drop my share of coins into the one-armed bandits as well.  Well, these days it’s rarely actually coins but you get the idea.  I get bored quickly with slots but will on occasion play for a bit just to kill time or if I’m just not able to get into a groove for poker.

I’ve played a little home-version of those. My aunt has a household slot machine and I play on it all the time. I love it.

I play the slots every time I hit the casino.  I try to play a variety although my best game is poker.  There is nothing like the thrill when the machine lights up and sirens go off when you hit on a slot machine.  I’ve hit a few bigger jackpots ($3100 was my biggest) but mostly smaller payouts.  Still, it’s always nice when it happens.

I have once when I traveled aboard but I noticed that I could better understand them in my own land (the states), everything felt so backwards to me. I even attempted to play some billiards and ended up losing because what I thought where the rules of the game, clearly are not the same as how those in the states play.
