A few years ago we did a family trip to Nashville and stopped at a casino. It was called Casino Depot. I think we’re going to make a weekend trip there again this summer and I’d like to go back to the same casino but maybe try somewhere new. Has anyone been to casinos in Nashville? Any recommendations? Or how about surrounding cities?

I know there is a Harrah’s located close to there but would that be in the same general area of Graceland? We have a family trip coming up to visit the Elvis (everything really) and if you can get a quick game in that would be nice.

My parents went to Nashville in the late ‘90s and I am pretty sure they went to a Harrah’s up there. I can’t be certain but that sounds right. I don’t think Graceland is in the Nashville area. I think that’s a few hours away or something, isn’t it? Either way I’ll ask my parents what they thought about the Nashville casinos and let you know.

I love Tennessee. I went on my honeymoon there and am in the process of planning our 10 year wedding anniversary for next year. I think some of these casino’s may get a visit from us. We’ve only been to the east side of the state so it would be nice to see what the west side can offer us.

My parents said they went to Harrah’s and liked it. My mom said to check out the Opry Hotel while you’re there. She said it’s gorgeous and worth a trip to the area just to see it. Let us know what kind of luck you have while there.
