It seems as thought the courts in KY finally decided what to do, so far gambling domain names are safe for now but some people are still not giving up hope. After all everyone knows that KY is known for its horse racing and bettings but now online gambling seems to confuse these people (which could easliey make some money for themselves as well here). Some are optimistic though, so thats one good sign.

“That wild card is still out there,” Johnston said. “In the end, it’s a positive ruling, so we’ll take it.”

There is nothing confusing about it.  The horse racing industry is huge in Kentucky and they were afraid their profits were being sucked away by online casinos.  The governor decided they can’t have that so tried to stamp out the online casinos.  Thankfully the appellate judge had more of a brain than the idiot who first ruled allowing the seizure.

Their fear isn’t totally out of place! I think they are almost right in their claims. It has taken their decades of hardwork to build their empire.
