Gambling in Florida question

Did I miss a step here? The last I knew, the State Supreme Court was going to decide if the Crist Compact with the Seminoles was legal. In the meantime the Federal Law would permit slots if the State did not take action by such & such a date. Now the Seminoles are advertising for 3000+ dealers for table games. Is this a done deal?

he Seminoles are proceeding with the expectation that the compact will be upheld by the Florida Supreme Court.

If not, I guess a lot of people will be out of jobs?
