If you have 10 J and have a commanding lead in a tournament and the flop comes up 8, 9 , A and a small stack goes all in, do you call? (he has about 1000 chips and you have like 6000 chips). I don’t think you should but whenever I am the small stack and I have A K in the scenario I usually lose. I want to know if he really does have a better chance?

10 J against any 1 pair of Aces in that situation is a 2:1 dog or in other words has a 33% chance of winning.

But really you cant decide on the information you have given

Need: Blinds/antes, stage of tournament, position, preflop play

These are just some of the things you would need to calculate wether or not to make the call or even be playing such a marginal hand in the first place!
