What info of these I have to use in transfer?

You can´t select typical finnish bank transfer (with viite and viesti) to produce EU-payment. Instead, you have to select “payment abroad” (maksu ulkomaille) in your webbank.

There you have to fill IBAN, SWIFT and a bank name of recipient for the payment to go through. Those details are shown in your post.
